why

There's always something that pulls you.

Maybe you can already name it. Maybe you can't yet: a goal you keep circling, a longing you've never acted on, a life you can picture but haven't reached.

Either way, Imagoria gives it a place. Not a plan and not a promise, but a space where you can look at a dream clearly, and find out whether it's truly yours.

The Imagoria home screen: the dream of the day held between two arcs, and below it a sheet holding imagine, what if and trace, then one question to think the dream through
how it works

One dream a day.

Add the dreams that feel alive: work, family, a hobby, something just for you. Each morning one of them is the dream of the day, and everything on the screen belongs to it.

imagine

a few minutes with your dream

Your own photographs come by one at a time: the place, a detail, the way there, the feeling, the moment, and what stands in the way. Close your eyes whenever you want.

what if

a small twist, folded

A note you unfold: something from outside enters your dream, and the dream has to make room for it. Imagine it now, and again later in the day.

a trace

look for it in the world

One thing to notice today, a sound, a colour, a face, that belongs to this dream. What you find, you can add to it.

think it through

one honest question

Where you stand today, or the dream itself: does it pull you, can you carry it, who is it for. No right answers, in your own words, never required.

your dreams

What you return to, grows.

After each session, capture what stayed with you: a few honest words, a feeling, the start of an idea. These quiet moments are the most personal part of the practice.

The dreams you keep returning to grow stronger over time. The ones that don't, gently fall back. You can see it happening in your own words. Nothing is ranked, nothing is scored.

A dream's page: its photographs in a row, then the words from eight sessions moving from vague to close and vivid, an insight kept in August, and the reflection below
dream field

Two of your words, a new dream.

From a few quiet questions, a field of your own words takes shape. Nothing borrowed, nothing suggested.

Bring two of them together and notice what arises: an image, a feeling, a direction you hadn't considered. That's often where a dream begins.

The dream field: your own words spread across the paper, with connection and creation drawn together by a line, and imagine beneath them
a science-backed approach

Imagining alone isn't enough.

Positive fantasy on its own predicts worse outcomes; imagining a wish and then facing what stands in the way is what makes it real to you. So every session ends on the obstacle, and reflection is always one tap away.

Not a promise you'll get there. A way to find out whether it's truly yours.

A session running: the dream's name between two arcs, the time left, and the fifth of six photographs below it, a hand at the canvas, captioned the moment
why I made this

I built this for myself first. I felt I could be more in touch with the things that actually mattered to me, and I wanted a place to return to them.

Using the app already did something tangible in my life: naming my dreams, picturing them and reflecting on them made me more open about them with others, and more willing to act.
